How it works:

  1. Register for the service by completing the form.
  2. When you need to be treated, log in to the Teleconsultation portal.
  3. Complete a brief medical history and list all
     current symptoms.
  4. Our team will notify you and begin the
     Teleconsultation visit.
  5. When the visit is complete, discharge instructions and diagnosis information are available in our secure Teleconsultation portal.
